How can I become a client?

To purchase wholesale flowers you must have a legitimate floral based business. We sell to floral shops and designers, sometimes to other folks like restaurants. Not trying to be rude, but we don’t sell to you just because you have a Tax ID, know what I mean? Please fill visit the contact tab on the navigation bar to submit your information.

Once you are approved, you will receive a welcome email with a password to the site, along with driving directions to the studio and pick up location.

Caring for Farm Fresh Flowers

Your flowers will come to you fresh and in transport or hydration solution. You do not need to change the water right away and you do not need to recut the stems. Less work for you! More value!

Some flowers last longer than others. Lisianthus has a much longer vase life than dahlias. Ball dahlias have a longer vase life than dinnerplate dahlias. That’s the nature of nature.

Some flowers hate being in the cooler - like basil and zinnias. Others you really need to keep in the cooler or they’ll blow open - like tulips and peonies. Some like the cooler, but not a cold cooler, like dahlias.

We trust that you know how to care for your flowers correctly, but if you’re new to flowers, don’t be shy! Ask us questions. We want to help grow your business.

 

How to I purchase from this site?

After you are an approved client, you’ll be sent a password for access into the shopping page. Please do not give this password to anyone, for any reason, ever.

When you enter into the shop, you’ll see our current inventory available. Items placed in your cart will be held there, but not removed from inventory. Items are only removed from inventory at time of purchase. So if someone else buys it before you, even though it was in your cart, you wont get it. You can always shoot me an email to see if I have more! I like to err on the side of caution when loading up the inventory.

When you check out, you will complete your payment and select your pick up window. Please note, you must give us a minimum of (on average) 36 hours to complete your order. During summer, we harvest only in the mornings, so we need your order to come in well in advance of the day you wish to pick up. If you need something in a pinch - reach out!

Once your order is received, you will get an automatic reply from the system. We will review your order and personally confirm the details and that we can cut it in the time requested.

Do you take advanced orders?

If you have an upcoming event and would like to place a request for specific flowers/ colors, please contact us directly via email and we can add you to the advanced calendar. We recommend you do this extra early for event flowers like Cafe Au Lait dahlias and garden roses. We book out requests for those far in advance.

Do you take standing orders?

We do have a standing order program for dahlias called our Wholesale Dahlia CSA Program. We launched this program in January 2022 and our “shares” for 2024 are open. If you’re interested, please contact me.

How to Get Along Really Well With Us:

AKA ‘The Rules’

I swear, we’re really nice people.

But we also work and play and farm all on the same three acres and we’ve got to make nice with the neighbors too!

Thus, a few ground rules:

We are by appointment only. Come at your pick up time. We love you but sorry, you may not “just stop by.” If we decide to have open hours where you are welcome to shop the cooler, we will let you know.

Do not speed in my driveway. Go slow - particularly uphill. No need to give it the gas, you’ll get to the top. I promise. No one has ever rolled back down to the bottom! However, last season two chickens were gravely injured from being hit by cars, and we had to put them out of their misery. Not cool.

Please…do not return buckets dirty. Super pet peeve.

Do not bring your dog to my farm. We have a dog. We can introduce you to her! She’s very sweet.

Please be respectful of your pick up window. Do not miss it. I know stuff happens. Be in touch if it does.

We have kids, grandparents, etc. and share the driveway with them.
